Egypt's Pharaoh Shoshenq I launches a massive military campaign through Israel and Judah.
Around 925 BCE, Shoshenq I (the biblical Shishak) invades the newly divided kingdoms of Israel and Judah. His victory inscription at the Temple of Amun in Karnak lists over 150 conquered cities. This is one of the most important archaeological confirmations connecting Egyptian and biblical records, and it marks Egypt's last major military intervention in Canaan for centuries.
