Builders in ancient Britain raise the massive sarsen stones at Stonehenge, an engineering feat that still puzzles researchers today.
Around 2500–1900 BCE, the iconic sarsen stone circle and trilithons were erected at Stonehenge. Each sarsen weighed up to 25 tons and was transported roughly 25 miles from the Marlborough Downs. While Abraham's family navigated the ancient Near East, communities in distant Britain were organizing massive labor forces to build one of the world's most enduring monuments.
