The Valley of Dry Bones

In a vision, God sets Ezekiel down in a valley covered with dry, dead bones. He tells Ezekiel to prophesy to them. As he speaks, the bones start rattling together, growing tendons, flesh, and skin. Then breath enters them and they stand up — a vast army. God explains: these bones represent Israel. They think they're finished, but God is going to bring them back to life and restore them to their land.
