Immer

Immer was the head of a priestly family whose descendants are recorded in the genealogies of Ezra and Nehemiah. Over a thousand members of his line — 1,052 in total — returned to Judah after the Babylonian exile. He appears in the priestly registers of Ezra 2 and Nehemiah 7.
