Jaakobah

A Simeonite clan leader listed in 1 Chronicles 4:36, Jaakobah was among the princes of his tribe during the reign of King Hezekiah. He was part of a group of Simeonite leaders whose families grew so numerous they sought new pastureland, eventually driving out the Amalekites and settling in the region of Gedor.
