Jacan

Jacan is listed in 1 Chronicles 5:13 as one of seven heads of Gadite families, recorded among the descendants of the tribe of Gad who settled in Gilead. He appears alongside six kinsmen — including Abihail — in a genealogy that traces the tribal leaders before the Assyrian exile. Beyond this brief mention, Scripture records nothing further about his life or deeds.
