"When it's time to break camp, Aaron and his sons will go in first. They'll take down the inner veil and use it to cover the Ark of the Covenant. Then they'll put a layer of fine leather over that, and spread a cloth of pure blue over the top, and insert the carrying poles.
Over the table of the Bread of the Presence, they'll spread a blue cloth and arrange on it all the plates, incense dishes, bowls, and pitchers for the drink offering — with the bread still on it. Then a scarlet cloth over all of it, a leather covering on top, and the carrying poles.
They'll wrap the golden lampstand and all its tools — lamps, tongs, trays, every oil vessel — in a blue cloth, place it all in a leather covering, and set it on a carrying frame.
The golden altar gets a blue cloth and a leather covering, with its poles inserted. Every remaining piece of sanctuary equipment goes into blue cloth, then leather, then onto a carrying frame.
And the bronze altar — they'll clear the ashes, spread a purple cloth over it, arrange all the utensils on top — firepans, forks, shovels, basins, everything — then cover it all in leather and set the poles."
