A cave near Hebron that Abraham purchased from Ephron the Hittite as a burial place for Sarah (Genesis 23). Abraham, Isaac, Rebekah, Jacob, and Leah were also buried there. The traditional site is beneath the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron.
