Scroll through a history book and you'll find a graveyard of things people thought would last forever. But David described a kingdom with no shelf life. No transition of power. No decline. "The Lord holds up everyone who is falling and lifts up everyone who is weighed down.
Every living thing looks to you, and you give them what they need right when they need it.
You open your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing."
