Magog

A land or people mentioned in Genesis 10:2 among the descendants of Japheth, associated with regions north of Israel. Ezekiel 38-39 prophesies that 'Gog, from the land of Magog' will lead a massive invasion against Israel in the last days — only to be destroyed by God Himself. Revelation 20:8 references 'Gog and Magog' as nations deceived by Satan for a final battle. The exact identification remains debated.
